FAQ
Where does your coffee come from?
All of our beans are sourced from family-run farms in Brazil. We work directly with growers we know personally to ensure quality, fair pricing, and consistency.
How is your coffee roasted?
Every batch is roasted in small lots in the Carolinas. We don't pre-roast in bulk, we roast to fulfill orders so your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.
What's the difference between Whole Bean and Ground?
Whole bean keeps its freshness longer and is best for those who grind at home. Ground is convenient for drip and pour-over brewers and is ground at a medium consistency that works for most methods.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid the freezer, moisture is the enemy of flavor.
Do you offer wholesale?
