Roasted to Order

Because we roast in small batches, please allow 1–3 business days from order to ship-out so your coffee leaves the roaster as fresh as possible.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days): flat rate, calculated at checkout
  
• Tracking is provided once your order ships

Local Pickup

Carolina locals can choose pickup at checkout, we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days, and we'll make it right. Coffee is a perishable food product, so we can't accept returns of opened bags, but we want you to be happy with your order.
